Privacy notice

What personal data this website handles, why, and who processes it. Last updated October 24, 2026.

Who is responsible

Formare AI, Bucharest, Romania, is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@formare.dev.

What this site collects

The contact form

If you send the scoping form on the home page, we receive your name, email address, message and the answers you picked (project stage, infrastructure and budget range). The form is delivered by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service that processes the submission on our behalf. Nothing is sent until you press the send button.

Call requests

The “Book a call” dialog prepares an email in your own email client. Nothing is transmitted until you send that email.

Email

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

Hosting

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and to protect them from abuse.

Browser storage

The notice at the bottom of the page stores one value, cookie-consent, in your browser’s local storage so it does not appear again. It stays on your device.

What we do not do

This site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it loads no third-party fonts or scripts. We do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data, and for it to be corrected, erased or restricted. You can object to our use of it and ask for a portable copy. Write to hello@formare.dev. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country; in Romania that is ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
